I've join Artfinder online Gallery in 2014 since then I have sold 345 paintings and completed many commissions through their website. My popularity grown so do my confidence.My journey hasn’t always been easy.Life is full of up’s and downs, heartaches and loss, but it is through these things that we learn, grow and get strength from through my own experiences, I have accumulated my own wisdom that has helped me transform my life. One of my favourite artist Henri Matisse was among others creator of the group whose members shared the use of intense colour as a vehicle for describing light and space, and who redefined pure colour and form as means of communicating the artist's emotional state.The paintings of the Fauves were characterised by seemingly wild brush work and strident colours while their subject matter had a high degree of simplification and abstract. ￼ Driven on by my adventurous spirit always seeking to create something original and unique I found Afon Twrch a river which rises in the Black Mountain absolutely fascinating.Fast and bouncy in big water; lots of weirs. At lost levels, all the weirs are runnable, the biggest being a sloping weir directly under the bridge in Ystalyfera.I like to work in natural light because the shadows are so different... colours are amazing ...movement of light and dark that can so drastically change...I grew up surrounded with nature, mountains and the forest are my constant inspiration am really grateful and honoured...
